What we do

We process Personal Tax Summaries for Salary and Wage earners, identifying those taxpayers that are due a tax refund and then processing that refund for payment. Find out more

We prepare and file donation and childcare rebates with the Inland Revenue Department, enabling those taxpayers who have made donations or paid for childcare to get back the rebate they are due. Find out more

How our service works

If you would like us to check to see if you are due a tax refund, you will need to:

1. Complete the online application form, or print off and complete a hardcopy of the form.

You will also need to supply us with additional information if you would like us to:

 Apply for a Donation or Childcare rebate

 Request an urgent income tax refund (for people leaving New Zealand)

2. Print and sign the application form and send the completed application to  us.   Contact Details

What happens next?   

Once we have received your completed application form and any other information we have requested, we will link you to our tax agency (you will receive a letter from the IRD confirming this). We will then check your last five tax years for any refund entitlement. If you are due a refund we will file the return for processing with the IRD. Once the return has been processed we will arrange for the refund to be issued to you (net of our commission). The refund can either by cheque or by direct credit to your nominated bank account (if you have supplied us with your bank account details)
